Richard Mulholland kicked off his career as a rock ‘n’ roll roadie, operating lights for bands such as Iron Maiden, Def Leppard … and Cliff Richard.

From there he started South Africa’s largest presentation firm, Missing Link, and co-founded Innovation Lab, 21Tanks and digital agency Firing Squad.

Richard is a highly regarded speaker. When not addressing many of South Africa’s top corporations, he has guest lectured on courses for the Cape’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), and the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). He also writes frequent columns for many magazines including Longevity and Destiny Man. He even wrote a few for Playboy, I mean really, how effing rad!

Once a week Rich pops into the CliffCentral studio, for his Reality Check session with Gareth Cliff, to help them solve an annoying problem, cut through the crap and make sense of the nonsense.
